Cooking Instructions

Grind the maize, cassava & beans in the grinding machine mix with the flour & grinded baobab & take a portion of it. Soak the white potassium in water & use it to make a watery dough.

Make sure you squeeze it well, knead & knead gently until the dough looks soft.

Set water on flame & allow it to boil, take portion of the dough & put as shown.

Allow it to boil & boil, do not close the pot entirely. Taste it by picking one & open the inside in cold water.

Serve with maggi seasoning cube, pepper, fried vegetable oil & sliced cucumber.
