Cut your Meat into pieces and Wash the meat,
Add your Onions
Season with Curry powder,Thyme,maggi and Salt
Add water, stir and allow to cook on a medium to high heat
boil for about 30 minutes - 2
Cook until cooked and take down from heat to cool,then drain the water from meat if it still has some retained water in it and fry

Get your veggies ready,and thread the beef and make it colorful by creatively combining the Beef, onions,red pepper and cucumber into the stick/skewer and enjoy!
