Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1egg
  3. 2 tbspnsugar
  4. 1/8 cupbutter
  5. 1/4tspn of yeast
  6. 1/4tspn of baking powder
  7. Topping
  8. 3large fresh tomato
  9. 2scotch bonnet & onion
  10. Beef
  11. Mozzarella cheese
  12. Spices
  13. Olive oil

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve the flour & add up all the dry ingredients, whisk the egg & pour, mix, activate the yeast using a little warm water & close for five minutes, pour & mix, use warm water to make a soft watery dough. Add the butter & knead the dough for about 10mins, allow it in a warm place for 30mins. Spread the flour in a clean surface & flatten it to round shape, set on the pizza pan. For the sauce, add hot water to the tomato & blanch it but feeling its skin, slice & add grinded scotch bonnet with onion

    Add a little oil & set on heat, add spices & keep stirring for 5mins, add the sauce onto the dough as shown in step 1 above, add the minced boiled meat, add the grated cheese & add mushroom as extra topping, add olive oil & set in the oven.

    Reduce the heat & allow it bake at low heat.
