Ingredients

  2. Green pepper
  3. Red pepper
  4. Tomato
  5. Onion
  6. Scotch bonnet
  7. Ginger
  8. Garlic
  9. Mix spices

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your green pepper, red pepper, tomato, onions and dice them to slice

    Wash your Scotch bonnet and grate, then grate garlic and ginger

  3. 3

    In a bowl crack in egg, add crush maggi cubes, onga, garlic, ginger, mix spice and Scotch bonnet then whisk it well

  4. 4

    In a pan pour some veg oil, then pour your egg mixture and cover the pot and fry in a low heat flame, after 10mnts then add in slice green pepper, onion, tomatoes and red pepper, cover the pan and keep frying for another 5mnts. Serve 😋 😋 😋
