So, I've been substituting butter/margarine with vegetable oil in almost everything I make that calls for butter/margarine & I decided to try it in pancakes this morning. Need I say it came out great? Do try out my recipe & don't forget to cooksnap.

In my early days of massive ingredient experimentation 😀, i got to know that adding corn flour (cornstarch) to fried foods e.g fish, yam, potatoes etc makes them crunchier. For the fact that i personally do not like fries that are not crunchy, this trick of cornstarch addition got stuck with me. So if you want that extra crunch, you know what to do 😁.

This drink reminds me of our childhood days when we do buy this drink tied in small nylons mostly dyed in different colours and freezed.I decided to try it plain and I loved it.

#Abuja. My sister bought okra and it was too much for her so when she brought it to me I now decided to do preservation for d okra not to get spoilt. I blend and freeze that’s all 😊saves me time and u can’t imagine how thick it goes when I put it on fire . Oh my .. the drawing is too thick . I need to b adding water and lest I forget there is no need to add kanwa ( potash) to make it draw or do yauki 😀u won’t believe it unless u try making ur okro soup with blended okra .

Strawberries are still in season got my hands on some and the first thing that came to mind is a yummy smoothie.

When you're hungry and need a quick meal but do not want to eat noodles... Lol
