Italian Bread Bowls Italian Bread Bowls
I really like these bread bowls. They are great made with 1/2 whole wheat flour! I've made them with and without the spices and they are good both ways. If you add the spices in the quantity given, you can definitely taste them. Enjoy! Chris Larsen -
Fluffy & Moist Oatmeal Bread Fluffy & Moist Oatmeal Bread
I made this bread after a long hiatus and it was delicious.-Please adjust the baking time accordingly depending on your oven.-I tried closing with a lid and making a square loaf, but the grains weren't fine at all and the cross-sections weren't smooth. I love pullman loaves, with their round tops. Recipe by MeguBroaden cookpad.japan -

Since bread starters needs to be used up within 1 - 2 weeks, I thought it best to make bread directly from liquid yeast, which lasts for a while.Unlike dry yeast, the time needed for rising varies greatly depending on the strength of the starter.I recommend yogurt or strawberry yeast, which are both strong. Murtabak or martabak, also mutabbaq (Arabic: مطبق), is a stuffed pancake or pan-fried bread which is commonly found in Saudi Arabia (especially the Tihamah and the Hejaz regions), Yemen, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Brunei and Thailand. Depending on the location, the name and ingredients can significantly vary. The name mutabbaq (or sometimes mutabbag) in Arabic means "folded". It is a popular street food in Malaysia, Singapore and Indonesia.Today I made vegan version Murtabak. I hope you will love it ;) Cook Eat and Travel -
