  2. 1 cupcold milk
  3. 1/4 cupwater if required
  4. 3Dates

Cooking Instructions

    Wash & clean the apples and remove skin if required. But it is good to prepare milkshake with skin.

    Cut the apples into small pieces and put them into a blender or mixer jar. Then add 2-3 dates.

    Add 1 cup cold milk and 1/4 water(optional). You can add only milk also.

    Blend it to smooth juice texture for 2-3 mins, transfer it to a glass and serve chilled. No need to filter also.
