Ramen-breaded Cutlets Ramen-breaded Cutlets
I tried a variation using salt-flavored ramen for a recipe contest.I thought the rich taste of the soup powder would be a good marinade for the chicken, and using crushed noodles would make the fried chicken crispy, so I decided to try it.Finely crushing the ramen noodles makes it easier to eat.The soup powder is the only seasoning. Rub it in evenly and well. The crumbs stick better if you make the flour and water mixture a bit thick.Deep fry the chicken twice to make it extra crispy.Serve it freshly fried. Chinsuko (Okinawan Cookies) with Cake or Bread Flour Chinsuko (Okinawan Cookies) with Cake or Bread Flour
I've made these many times using cake flour, but since I had leftover bread flour, I used bread flour instead. To my surprise, the bread flour version turned out to be tastier than the cake flour version. The cookies will be pipping hot right out of the oven, so be cautious when snacking on them!! When using bread flour, increase the amount of olive oil. If the cookies start to burn, turn off the heat and cook with the residual heat. I used beet sugar and olive oil, but you can use plain sugar and vegetable oil. Recipe by Nyagao cookpad.japan -

Easy and Impressive Rice Flour Dorayaki Easy and Impressive Rice Flour Dorayaki
Rice flour is easier to digest than wheat flour, so I thought "Let's make dorayaki with rice flour!" Through a lot of trial and error with the ingredients as well as the method, I was able to come with this version. I tried beating the eggs, but this version is the easiest and very tasty. This is the most popular snack in our house. If you use an induction cooker or a hotplate, the pancakes with brown very evenly. If you are using a well worn non-stick frying pan, spread oil very thinly at the beginning. Wipe the oil well before cooking the pancakes. If the eggs are big and the batter seems loose, add 10 g of rice flour. For seven 7 cm diamater dorayaki. Recipe by Asamato cookpad.japan -

Low-Calorie Tonkatsu (Japanese style pork cutlet in bread crumbs) Low-Calorie Tonkatsu (Japanese style pork cutlet in bread crumbs)
My kids love Tonkatsu- Japanese style deep fried pork cutlets but I hate to deep fry, with all the extra oil and calories, So I pan-fried and let the oven do the rest. You can cut extra calories by using tenderloin instead of the usual loin which is much leaner. Miyuki Suyari -

I didn't have butter and I wondered if I could make something other than a chiffon cake with vegetable oil.-Please be careful at Step 2!! The oil will splatter! When water starts bubbling a little, add the flour immediately!!-The key to success is to finish all the steps while the dough is still hot. Here's a good recipe for Custard Cream: Recipe by Tacchome cookpad.japan -
Buckwheat Flour Cookies Buckwheat Flour Cookies
I like buckwheat flour, so I tried making some cookies with it.It's fun if you use shaped cookie cutters to cut out the dough. I wanted my cookies to have a crunchy texture, so I used coarsely ground buckwheat flour, but finely ground flour is fine. If you don't have any spelt flour, use (whole wheat) bread flour. You can also use vegetable oil instead of the sesame and canola oil. Recipe by Ruruko cookpad.japan -
