I grew up with quite a few Italian bakeries around town. I've searched for ten years for a recipe. Found it on pinterest! Now I'm on a search for the colored ones with the sprinkles on them. I don't know what they're called though. : )

Hello everyone, I hope that all are well and getting ready for the holidays. I am feeling better and better each day :). Christmas is coming up rather quickly, so I decided to start my christmas cookies, so I haven’t made Christmas cookies in years, so I took out the recipe and started making cookies this morning.The cookies are simple to make, a recipe that is straight forward and not to much of a mess in the kitchen. My kitchen is quite small, so I don’t really have much counter space to lay everything all over, so I have to move a few things around to be able to cook and bake. So, here here goes…..:)

I made the margarine cookie recipe from Cookpadders Jeremy and Kristy in here, and liked it. I wanted to try and see if farm made unsalted butter would taste different from margarine. Here is the recipe for the cookies. I linked the recipe for home made butter.

My youngest son don't eat a lot of stuff but he loves peanut butter so I just threw all this together and he loved it. Been making it ever since.
