Toast the tempura crumbs in a heated frying pan. When the pan starts to get hot,

Stir in the diced tofu (it should make a sizzling noise). Then, add the tempura crumbs. Pour in the sake and stir quickly.

Add the sugar and soy sauce. Mix well and it's done.
