We all know of spaghetti with bolongonese sauce, so i was brain storming, and i began to wonder how about we make the sauce more healthier with veggies? And what if we change the pasta to long grain rice. And boom we made this, trust me, if you try this you are never going back to plain old bolongonese sauce🤓

So i decided to recreate this dish and i must say it keep getting better and better; i feel i should just leave this recipe the way it is for now and not do anything to it again

Simple original version of yakhni pulao. The recipe calls for basmati rice but I didn’t have one at the moment so I used normal rice instead.#jigawastate

What made it special and different from the usual fried rice is that, I cooked the rice in chicken stock first, instead of the normal per boiling tradition, and I promise you the taste is more richer 😋

This is a simple fried coconut rice especially if you want less vegetables in them or the kids don't want the vegetables(carrots,runner beans spring onions etc) in them like my little niece....lol

So this dish was inspired by the kaduna cookout we had few weeks ago. Teriyaki rice and chicken kebab, it was totally worth it, and simple enough yet tasty. So I decided i was definitely going to try it too, but not until i twerked it a little 😉 #kaduna2807

#Friedricerecipecontest. Hmmm my kids don't like veggies, my huband and I like it, when every I cook fried rice they pick out all the veggies,I tot of what to do so I started cooking fried rice like every week they have no choice then to like it. Now they are veggies best friends.

As muslims we celebrate Eid’el kabir by slaughtering rams, and one of our family traditions is preserving the ribs in the freezer for months till whenever we are craving for it. Trust me this grilled berbecue is to die for lol
