Grilled Spring Cabbage with Anchovy Sauce Grilled Spring Cabbage with Anchovy Sauce
I had a spring cabbage mimosa salad at my parent's place. The grilled cabbage was so sweet and was delicious on its own.So I served it with the salty flavors of anchovies in a bagna cauda style. The grilled cabbage is sweet that it only needs salt and pepper. Enjoy with the salty flavor of anchovies, which gives the dish a fancy edge. Recipe by Okaraseijin cookpad.japan -

Cabbage Rolls with Creamy Mushroom Sauce Cabbage Rolls with Creamy Mushroom Sauce
I was a bit bored with the usual cabbage rolls. I made a variation with creamy white sauce, which my family loves. To prevent the cabbage rolls from falling apart: after rolling them, pack them as tightly as possible in the pan in step 5.When making the sauce, if you mix the milk in little by little, mixing it diligently, there will be no lumps. Crispy Rice with Easy Spring Cabbage Ankake Sauce Crispy Rice with Easy Spring Cabbage Ankake Sauce
I messed up when cooking some rice and it didn't taste very good. So I turned it into crispy rice with ankake to disguise it.Of course, if you have delicious freshly cooked rice, you can use it with this dish as-is.Mix the ingredients together before adding to the frying pan so that you don't have to worry about burning anything. You can use any meat or veggies that you have in your fridge!!For the yakisoba version, I used pork instead of beef, Chinese garlic chives instead of snow peas, and I forgot to add the carrots and shimeji mushrooms. Pork and Cabbage With Crispy Onion Sauce Pork and Cabbage With Crispy Onion Sauce
This recipe is a bit hit right now at my workplace. For a long time I thought "How can such a simple recipe be so good?" But when I tried it out I was amazed. "What? No...it tastes nostalgic, but really new at the same time!!" Please try it for yourself...you'll be surprised too!Make the onion and ponzu sauce sauce before stir frying the other ingredients, so that it can rest and marinate while you cook. You can use whatever pork cut you like. I used coarsely chopped thinly sliced pork this time. It's cheap!Don't add any extra ingredients. Just try making it as described! It will surprise you! Recipe by MarkH cookpad.japan -
Cabbage Rolls Simmered in Tomato Sauce Cabbage Rolls Simmered in Tomato Sauce
I thought of this while making a recipe using ketchup. My family always uses ketchup for rolled cabbages; ketchup goes really well with rolled cabbage! I was confident about this, so I tried using ketchup inside as well as outside.Make sure not to rip the cabbage leaves when tearing them from the cabbage head. You can still wrap them up if you tear one by stacking up 2 leaves. The meat that you stuff inside might feel loose, but you roll it up in cabbage, so it's alright! The cabbage rolls remain juicy even the next day .
