Blend the pepper,wash the fish

Add little oil in the pan allow to get hot put in the chopped onion add up the wash fish and stirr very well

Put in the blended pepper with other ingredients mentioned and store very well for 7 minutes and the source is ready

I love shio-buta (salt-cured pork), but adjusting the amount of salt is difficult. So I tried using nam pla for the marinade, and it went very well and the result was delicious.After marinating (or abandoning it?) for a week, it became really nice.It starts to mature after 3 days, so please let it marinate for at least that long.Please adjust the cooking time and temperature depending on your oven.I used the "two-way heat" setting on my oven, which doesn't require preheating.
