Simple Baked Custard Pudding

I had leftover cream from when I made a swiss roll so I wondered if I could make something else.
And I thought of this custard pudding!
I made it with simple ingredients.
For Step 1, be careful not to let boil.
Mix the milk, sugar, and egg mixture well.
If there are any bubbles on the mixture, pop with a paper towel or a spoon.
If the water in the baking tray evaporates too much while the custard puddings are steam baking, top it up. Recipe by Chisora

Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a heatproof container with a spout, add the cream, milk, and sugar and microwave at 500W for approx. 3 minutes. Mix well.
- 2
Add vanilla oil (or vanilla extract) and mix lightly. Let cool.
- 3
In a separate container, beat the eggs together and add them little by little to the mixture from Step 2, stirring well after each addition.
- 4
Preheat the oven to 140℃. Begin to boil the water.
- 5
Strain Step 3 into ramekins, mugs or small heatproof containers.
- 6
Place the ramekins on a baking tray and fill halfway up with boiling water. Steam bake the custard puddings for 50 minutes at 140℃.
- 7
When out of the oven, check to see if they're done by inserting a skewer into the center. If it comes out clean, they're done. Add whipped cream or caramel sauce and chill.

Smooth Basic Custard Pudding Smooth Basic Custard Pudding
This is a pudding recipe that can be made easily whenever you want.I think it takes just 10 minutes to steam in a steamer or frying pan, but if it is not steamed well, it will become spongy and won't harden. So for those not used to steaming, and I recommend using the oven if your oven has a steam setting. Recipe by Natsumi cookpad.japan

Simple & Jiggly Egg Custard Pudding Simple & Jiggly Egg Custard Pudding
I made this at the request of my son! It put me through hell but I finally got the recipe down. For those without electric mixers, just beat the eggs normally and strain at step 5 to get any lumpy egg white bits out of the mixture. Since we're using gelatin, it will turn out pretty smooth even without straining it. Be careful, the milk amount is written in g. For those that prefer to work with volume rather than weight 15 ml =17 g, so use that to calculate what you need. Recipe by masakoh mama cookpad.japan

Creamy Rich Vanilla Custard Pudding Creamy Rich Vanilla Custard Pudding
I found some really cute pudding containers, so I made a rich, creamy pudding that matches them.Watch the heat level when you steam the puddings. If the heat is too high, the puddings will develop air bubbles and lose their creamy, smooth texture. In addition, the bottoms and sides will become overcooked and leathery. Be sure to steam them over very low heat! The cooking time will vary depending on the size of the containers you're using, so please adjust while observing how the puddings are cooking. For three 90 ml containers worth. Recipe by Pu-kosan cookpad.japan

Melting and Smooth Easy Custard Pudding Melting and Smooth Easy Custard Pudding
Whenever I tried making pudding, it always tasted like chawanmushi (steamed savory custard) or omelets. So, I asked my husband to help me put a pudding recipe together. Because I love crème brûlée, I made it with egg yolk only, and adjusted the amount of milk. I've finally managed to put this together after many tries.Remove the scum of the egg whites when cracking in the egg yolk. This make it easier for the mixture to strain. Make sure the heat is on really low. Use granulated sugar for the sugar. Add 2 tablespoons if you like it fairly sweet. Recipe by Kichiri-monja cookpad.japan

Strawberry Custard Pudding Strawberry Custard Pudding
I wanted to use up some strawberries that were going bad. These are very light and so easy to eat.Since these are so light, they go great with fresh cream.5 g of granulated sugar is too little, so I added some more.Make sure that you do not boil the milk after you add it, and add the gelatin once the mixture is hot. Once the mixture has cooled in Step 4, mix well. When you strain the strawberries, the seeds make it a bit difficult. So, use the back of a spoon to mash them through the sieve. If you use whipped cream, I recommend adding a generous amount. Recipe by kiri19 cookpad.japan
