Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsall-purpose flour
  2. 2 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/4 tspsalt
  4. 1/4 cupbutter
  5. 1 cupwarm water

Cooking Instructions

    Add flour, salt, baking powder and butter in a bowl

    Mix together with your fingers until crumb like texture is formed

    Add the water, half of the content at a time and mix together until you form a smooth dough,Knead for about 8 to 10 minu

    Divide the dough into 8 to 10 pieces and cover it to rest for 30 minutes

    Lightly dust the dough with flour and roll the dough till its flattened.

    Cook in pan without oil over a medium heat,it took one min to cook both side

Pls how do i measure the butter? Do i melt it first?
