Cooking Instructions
- 1
Grind the crumbled burger bun filling and spread it out to dry. Reserve 1 cup for the cream and use the rest for the Kunafa.
- 2
Mix the ground buns with clarified butter and orange blossom water. Spread it on the bottom of the baking dish, reserving 1/4 cup for the end. Prepare the filling by mixing 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of burger bun filling, sugar, orange blossom water, rose water, cornstarch, and cream. Mix well, then add mozzarella cheese and mix well while cold. Heat the mixture until it thickens, then pour it over the first layer, avoiding the edges. Sprinkle the reserved 1/4 cup from the first layer over the cream.
- 3
Bake in the oven from the bottom until the sides are golden, then brown slightly from the top. Flip it, garnish with pistachios, and serve with simple syrup. It was really delicious, I highly recommend you try it!

Knefe / knafe with rice pudding filling Knefe / knafe with rice pudding filling
This is my family's favorite recipe, I get asked to make it quite frequently. One thing I've learned from my grandmother is using great quality bases ( oil, butter, cream etc...) in this recipe butter has to be really good even though it's not a big part of the flavor, good quality butter (new Zealand or clarified butter) makes the recipe from tasting good to make you palate touch the clouds and gives the rare happy feeling only exquisite food can give. It can also be done with unsalted shredded mozzarella instead of the rice pudding filling. bluepixelsz -

Homemade & Easy Authentic Cronuts Homemade & Easy Authentic Cronuts
Cronuts are really trendy right now. I discovered a recipe that doesn't require you to fold in a block of butter as you do with croissants that was easy too, so I thought I'd try it out. These are made with a cream filling, or cut in half horizontally and combined with chocolate and so on, depending on the store.I used all-purpose flour here, but you use whatever flour you have on hand.Optionally decorate the cronuts with chocolate or cinnamon sugar. They remain crispy when cold, but they are rather dense inside, so I highly recommend eating them when freshly fried. Easy and Tasty Kabocha Tarts Easy and Tasty Kabocha Tarts
My sister taught me this recipe and it was so delicious that I craved it again and begged for the recipe. It's delicious, and yet very simple to make.I recommend you use "Kuri kabocha squash" -western kabocha. If there's not enough liquid for the blender, try adding milk. If the squash is too soggy, on the other hand, evaporate the liquid when microwaving. For one 18 cm [7.1 in] sized tart pan worth. Recipe by Usaumaosaruno mama cookpad.japan -
