Cooking Instructions

In a bow add all-purpose flour,salt,oil,corn flour and vinegar and mix well and knead medium soft dough and water. Cover keep aside for 15min.

Make equal balls.

Roll chapati, then stack them one on one spreading oil and dust with flour in between.

Again roll to make more thin. Heat tawa and roast for a while,when you see some bubbles,then separate to layered sheet,separate all sheets like this,cut in small size pieces. Spring roll sheets ready. Can be stored properly covered and stored in frizer.
