  1. 4chicken tenderloins
  2. 2large tomatoes
  3. 2eggs
  4. 1 teaspoonsoy sauce
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. Ground black pepper to taste
  7. 1/2 cupwater

    Marinate the chicken tenderloins with soy sauce and 1/4 teaspoon salt for 5 minutes.

    Wash the tomatoes, peel, and cut into pieces. Beat the eggs with a pinch of salt.

    Heat a pan with a little oil over medium-low heat. Once hot, reduce to low heat, add the beaten eggs, and gently stir with chopsticks until they are about 80% cooked. Remove from the pan.

    In the same pan, add a little oil and lightly sear the chicken tenderloins. Add the tomatoes and stir-fry, then add 1/2 cup of water. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Mix in the cooked eggs and season with a little salt. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with ground black pepper, and serve.
