Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4 tablespoonsall-purpose flour
  2. 4 tablespoonsunsweetened cocoa Powder
  3. 2 tablespoonsdark brown sugar
  4. pinchsalt
  5. 6 tablespoonsMilk
  6. 2 tablespoonscanola oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoonvanilla extract
  8. 1 tablespoonsemi-sweet chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

    In a medium microwavable mug mix together the flour, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and salt.

    In to the dry ingredients add in the milk, oil, and vanilla extract and mix together until you form your batter without lump.

  3. 3

    Mix in the chocolate chips; this is optional. (If you don’t want to cook them off straight away, then place them in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.)

    Microwave for 2 minute 40 seconds - 1 minute 50 seconds or until it has risen and the batter doesn't look wet. (Timing is based on my 1200W microwave so your timing might vary).

    Remove from microwave and dust some icing sugar on the top and serve 😋
