Preheat your oven to 230c or preferred temperature

In a pan, cover your pan with butter and add in your onions, tomatoes, and minced garlic.

In the same pan, add your chicken, bell peppers, corn, tomato paste or chosen sauce, and all your spices. Cook till everything is mixed together and cooked well.

In a bowl, prepare your sauce by mixing the tomato paste or chosen sauce, ketchup, and spices. Hint: the more the merrier!

For an extra kick, add drops of Sriracha sauce to your liking.

Now it's time to prepare your tortilla wraps. Prepare multiple by adding your chicken and sauce and wrap it. Leave it to the side.

In a baking dish, add your sauce in the bottom, line up your tortilla wraps, then cover the whole dish with the remaining sauce.

Add your cheese mix on top, mix in bell peppers, or corn, or coriander if you'd like. Put it in the oven till fully cooked and cheese is melted.
