Ingredients

  1. 2Simas Butter (250g ×2)
  2. 1/2 Cupmelted dark semi sweet chocolate
  3. 1 tbspMilk
  4. 500 gSifted icing sugar
  5. 2 tbspcocoa powder

Cooking Instructions

    Beat the butter in a bowl until light smooth and soft

  2. 2

    Add the sifted icing sugar in 3 batches continuosly adding and mixing after each addition until well combined then add in the cocoa powder and mix very well

  3. 3

    Add the melted dark semi sweet chocolate and mix
    Then add the milk and mix until well combined

  4. 4

    Our chocolate buttercream is ready
    I pipe mine on chocolate cupcakes
