  1. 2chicken breast
  2. 1/2 cupmayo
  3. 1/2 cupChipotle adobo
  4. 1 tbsChicken bullion
  5. Salt and Pepper
  6. Side potatoes and rice of your choice

  1. 1

    Marinate your chicken with topping and leave it for about 30 mins

  2. 2

    To a hot skillet add olive oil

  3. 3

    Add your chicken and cook on each side

  4. 4

    I like to add onions at this point and 1/2 cup of water. Let everything simmer for 15 minutes and 🎉

  5. 5

    Serve with your favorite sides
