Milk Tea Muffins Milk Tea Muffins
I always use this rich powdered milk tea in place of normal tea leaves in recipes because it's easier to boil down.If you add the black tea leaves to the batter straight away, they will absorb all of the moisture and the batter will become hard. So make sure to steep in the milk tea mixture at Step 1. Feel free to use more or less sugar to suit your taste. Recipe by ko-ko cookpad.japan -

Reduced Butter Banana Tea Muffins Reduced Butter Banana Tea Muffins
I'm into baking banana cakes and I've been experimenting by using less butter, adding tea leaves, etc. Finally I came up with this recipe. At first, I put in tea leaves as they were, but they lost their aroma and the texture was not good. So I tried with ground tea leaves.Be sure to grind the tea leaves. By doing so, it improves the aroma and texture. If you want to increase the tea aroma, you can add 2 tea bags and it's also delicious .Adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of the banana. You can make banana muffins without the tea leaves and they are also delicious . Macrobiotic Green Tea Chestnut Muffins Macrobiotic Green Tea Chestnut Muffins
I thought up this snack to send to my mom for Mother's Day. I referenced Kyaramerina's recipe "Spring-Colored Green Tea Soy Milk Steamed Bread" for the marble pattern technique. And I used "Macrobiotic Apple Muffins" as a base for the batter itself.I want the marron cream to be centered after the muffins are freshly baked, but it tends to sink to the bottom when baking. When you fill the batter, be sure to place the cream close to the top. Make sure to cut the chestnuts in half before adding them. They will be too heavy if you use a whole chestnut and will sink into the batter. Gently place the chestnuts on top without pressing them into the batter. They are also delicious with adzuki beans in place of the marron cream. Recipe by Meifan cookpad.japan -

They're very soft, so they are safe to serve to the elderly members of your family too.Mix the butter and cream cheese first and then add the sugar and eggs. It will be easier to mix.If you use the suggested 10 g of matcha tea powder, the muffins will be quite intense and bitter. Try using about half that amount when making these for children.
