Ingredients

  1. 20 cupsRaw groundnut of any type
  2. 14 spoonfultable water
  3. 7 spoonfulsalt (Note level of salt depend on salt type)
  4. Fresh groundnut

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve the salt in water until all dissolved

    Spread groundnut on a tray and pick out the dirt like stick

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the salty water on groundnut and leave to dry

  4. 4

    Put your pot on fire either gas, stove or local burner, ensure your pot dry and hot

  5. 5

    Pour 1 congo of garri, or sand but I prefer gari cos it's healthy

  6. 6

    Stir the garri continuously till it very hot

  7. 7

    Pour your groundnut and stir with garri for 2hours, you can check it is done when the groundnut colour change

  8. 8

    Also You can check by picking out 5 numbers of groundnut out, leave to cool and peel....if it peel easily then is done
