Ingredients

  1. 21/2 cupsgrated soft bread crumbs
  2. 1 tablespoonwhite onion,chopped
  3. 1/4 cupchopped celery
  4. 4 tablespoonsbutter
  5. 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1/2 teaspoonpoultry seasoning

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook onions and celery in the butter to a light brown. Cool. Add bread crumbs and seasoning. Mix well. Will make 2 cups. Use for meat or poultry.
