Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1instant package of ramen
  2. 2 1/2 cupswater
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/2 teaspoonbutter
  5. 1 sliceMonterey Jack cheese
  6. 1/2 teaspoonfurikake
  7. Garnish
  8. scallions, sliced
  9. stripsroasted seaweed, cut into thin

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the water, then add the ramen noodles

  2. 2

    Cook the ramen for 2 minutes, then add the flavor packet

  3. 3

    Turn off the heat and crack the egg into the mixture, without breaking the yolk. Gently cover the egg with the ramen and let it sit for 1 minute

  4. 4

    Pour the mixture into the serving bowl, add the furikake, butter and cheese. Let the cheese melt and then mix

  5. 5

    Garnish with seaweed and scallions with desired
