Instant Ramen with Veggies
My son is in junior high school and loves ramen. I made this recipe for him because I want him to eat lots of veggies as well!Cooking veggies with ramen noodle has so many benefits. The ramen mixes well and becomes more satisfying. You can also eat plenty of veggies, so this kills two birds with one stone. Please serve with pepper if you'd like. For 1 serving. Recipe by Kenken mother

Pan-Fried Instant Ramen
My daughter can't eat steaming hot food, so I thought this would be OK for her.I plan to try it out with different kinds of ramen. If you add the whole soup packet, it will be too salty. I used shio (salt-flavored) ramen. If you use 200 ml of water, the noodles will be very plump, and if you use 250 ml the finished dish will be soupy. Please adjust the amount of water to your liking. For 1 serving. Recipe by Supikaka

Tenshin-Style Instant Ramen Noodles
I created this recipe because I thought the ramen soup would be delicious with Chinese omelet.Adding mayonnaise to the egg mixture makes the Chinese omelet fluffy and delicious. Recipe by Mimoroku

Stir-Fried Instant Ramen
I wanted to eat this in a different manner than usual, so I tried making it this way.Thoroughly seasoning the vegetables with salt and pepper will bring out the taste of the vegetables better.Add the water in with the noodles. Move the noodles back and forth, flipping it back and forth to soak both sides in the soup; this will separate the noodles more quickly. For 1 serving. Recipe by watyami

Weeknight Instant Ramen
Instant ramen noodles are cheap, salty, and easy, but certainly lacking in nutrition. This recipe is how I usually give the dish some extra protein and greens without adding too much cooking time (because that defeats the purpose of instant ramen!). The egg always turns out perfectly soft-boiled as soon as the noodles are done, and the additional accoutrements give it a little bit more oomph.

Instant Ramen Magic Omelette
I made this at the request of my husband, who loves instant ramen. If you like ramen, please give this a try.The soup (seasoning packet) maybe too salty depending on the type of ramen, so add it little by little while tasting. For 2 servings. Recipe by Osarusaru

Personalized Pasta-Style Instant Ramen
My husband was hungry in the middle of the night. I wasn't feeling like cooking, but I've been serving regular ramen too often… That's when I was suddenly inspired to put this together, and he loved it! It's so tasty that I posted this here.Take care not to add too much of the soup. It will taste too strong if you add the whole thing. Also, try not overcook the noodles. For 1 serving. Easy with Maruchan-brand Instant Ramen Noodles Taiwan-style Ramen
This was delicious when I ate it at a Taiwanese restaurant, so I reproduced it using Soy Sauce Ramen Noodles. Even though the noodles are instant, it is really delicious. I forgot to add bean sprouts, but it tasted great even without.Taiwan-style ramen are made with ground pork, Chinese chives, Japanese leeks, been sprouts etc., stir fried in red chili pepper, in a soy sauce based soup. It also calls for a lot of garlic. For 1 serving. Recipe by Yumipii

Noodles in Tomato Sauce Made with Instant Ramen
My brother took me to "Taiyo no Tomato men," a ramen shop which serves a special tomato-based menu, and he taught me this recipe so I could cook it at home.Adding the cheese after pouring in the soup makes it hard to melt, so it's better to follow the orders in this recipe. You can also use Parmesan cheese! If you are using it instead, add at the same time as the dry basil. For 1 serving. Recipe by coco_pea

[Easy] Tsukemen (Noodles with Dipping Sauce) with Instant Ramen
I tried out this new type of noodles the other day. They were so chewy and tasty! I was inspired to make tsukemen with them, hence this recipe.[Steps 1 to 2] The dipping sauce tastes better if it's flavored relatively strongly. Please taste and adjust the amount of soup to your liking.[Step 3] Take care not to overcook the noodles.[Others] You could also make the dipping sauce with the water used to cook the noodles, but the noodles will dry up if left out for too long. That's why I decided to make the dipping sauce first. For 1 serving. Recipe by Kagecchi

Omelette with Salt-Flavored Fried Noodles Using Instant Ramen
I made a recipe using shio (salt-flavored) ramen noodles to participate in a contest.I worked on the recipe to make it simple, to use the soup packet and the sesame seed packet, and to make it not look like it was made with instant noodles. If you wrap the noodles in a sweetened omelette and then arrange it like an okonomiyaki, I thought it would look fun too, and made it like that.Since I used simple salt flavored noodles, I kept the additions simple by just using pork and green onion. It tastes best with lots of green onion.I made the noodles tastier and heartier by wrapping in a fluffy omelette. If you sweeten the omelette with simple syrup, it's hard to mess up, but sugar is OK too. If you add more milk, the omelette will be more soft! For 1 serving. Recipe by happymiina

Ramen Noodles
I make my own ramen noodles since there aren't any good ramen restaurants where I live.If you're not cooking the noodles right away, dust with plenty of corn starch and store in a Tupperware container. It'll keep for 3 days in the refrigerator. If you want to use these noodles for a yakisoba dish, rinse them quickly in ice water after boiling. (Recipe by Ctsango)

Cheap Quick Ramen Noodle Meal
On a tight budget, looking for a quick dinner recipe and had most ingredients on hand. I have seen people do many different things with Ramen to make meals out of and use it as base for other recipes. I myself have done a similar dish using ground beef but I wanted something cheaper than ground beef & I thought pork sausage would be splendid with pork Ramen. Breakfast sausage was on sale at my grocer & I have never seen anyone use breakfast sausage before. It turned out very tasty, my entire family enjoyed it so figured I'd share:-)

Cheesy ramen
Not sure where they got the idea from, but I learned it from my mom & sister. One of my favorite comfort foods, quick and easy when you want something warm. Obviously not healthy, but good! Hahaha.

Simple Pan Fry Ramen
This is an invention of necessity. I had dental work done leaving my jaw aching and mouth still slightly numb. I was getting hungry, but knew I'd need something soft so I went to our "Oh crap we forgot to buy groceries today" Ramen stash. I cooked mine a little longer tonight becsuse I needed it extra soft for my jaw.And yes, I use the store-bought "bad for you" Ramen from time to time. It's a lazy guilty pleasure. Shh. 😂

Quick Ramen Noodles with Stir-Fried Vegetables
I often cook ramen noodles for a quick lunch on weekends, and I cook this one to keep a well-balanced diet.Cook the vegetables quickly over high heat. Please try to finish cooking the noodles when the vegetables are almost ready. The water for the soup should be piping hot. It's even better when you warm up the serving bowl before hand.
