Cooking Instructions

Add some oil and onion in a pan, add Scotch bonnet, garlic, ginger, oregano, cumin, curry, thyme and seasoning, stir and fry for 2mnts then add in sausage and fry for 3mnt. Keep aside

In a bowl sieve 2cups of flour, add milk, sugar, yeast, salt and melted butter then mix, add your egg and warm water to form a soft dough

Knead for 15-20mnts. Divide the dough into 10pcs. Using a rolling pin take 1pcs and flatten it, cut the flatten dough more then half way horizontally leaving space at the upper part for the sausage

Place the sausage at the upper part of the flatten dough and roll downward to the slice part. Repeat the process till all are finished

Place each pie on baking tray and allow to rise for 30-40mnts, egg wash the surface and Sprinkle sesame seeds then bake.
