Ingredients

  1. 2 lbsstew beef
  2. 1 (14.5 oz)can diced tomators
  3. 1 cwater
  4. 3 Tbsinstant tapioca
  5. 1 Tbsberf bouillon granules
  6. 2 tspsugar
  7. 1 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/4 tspblack pepper
  9. 4carrots, cut into 1 inch pieces
  10. 2stalkes celery, cut into 1 inch pieces
  11. 3potatoes, peeled & cubed
  12. 1onion, roughly chopped

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease 9×13 inch pan.

    Lightly flour stew meat and brown.

  3. 3

    Mix together all cut vegetables. In small bowl, separately mix together all liquids and seasonings.

    Spread vegetables in baking dish. Pour liquid mixture over vegetables.

    Cover tightly with aluminum foil or lid. Cook for 2 hrs at 375°F.
