Ingredients

  • 1 cancream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1Onion Soup Mix
  • 1Onion
  • 1 lbStew Beef (Costco)
  • 6 largeCarrots
  • 7 smallPotatoes

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop onions, potatoes, carrots, and beef into 1-inch cubes.

  2. 2

    Put all ingredients into Crockpot.

  3. 3

    Cook on high for 3-4 hours.

  4. 4

    If too dry, fill cream of mushroom soup can with water and add to stew while cooking.
