Cooking Instructions

    Wash your barzajjiyar shinkafa and drain it in a drainer

    After it has been drained
    Pour the rice into a bowl and add oil to it
    This wil help the rice to steam well without sticking to each other

    Then pour the rice into your steamer dat has has already been on fire to steam for like 30-45 mimutes

    Boil your green peqs with baking powder

    Cut your carrot, grean bean, cabbage, spinash, onion, tartasai And grate attarugu, garlic, tartasai and kept aside

    After you av finish steaming the rice, the rice must be soft

    Then you pour the rice inti a big bowl, pour all the ingredients listed in no 5
    Add oil, ginger and garlic paste, your seasoning n spices n salt
    I added my lef over kidney sources to it
    Mix dem very well

    Serve with any drink of your choice
