Aam Ki Launji (Mango Chutney Recipe)

Aam ki launji is very delicious. Serve it with puri, paratha, or rice, or enjoy it as a side dish. This tangy, sweet, and spicy mango chutney is sure to be a hit.
Cooking Instructions

Peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces. Heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds, and nigella seeds. Let them crackle. Add the chopped mangoes, mix well, and stir for 2-3 minutes.

Add turmeric powder, both salts, red chili powder, and jaggery. Mix well. Cook for 2 minutes, then add 1/2 cup of water.

Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously. Do not let it become too thick, as it will thicken further upon cooling.

Once cooled, store in a jar. Serve with meals or with puri and paratha. This tangy, sweet, and spicy mango chutney will be loved by everyone.
