Ingredients

  1. Tamarind
  2. Sugar or tiara for tamarind

Cooking Instructions

    First step is to wash your tamarind(don't allow it to soak)

  2. 2

    Afterwards, you can then soak your tamarind in a bowl or mug (any one is OK).for 5 to 6 hours or overnight

  3. 3

    Sieve your tamarind and add sugar (or tiara) then stir for a little while.

  4. 4

    Refrigerate,and you are ready to go
