Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsrice
  2. Shredded Cabbage
  3. Thinly sliced broccoli
  4. Shredded carrots
  5. 5pepper dews (pickled or bottled pepper dews)
  6. Pickled ginger
  7. Baby tomatoes
  8. Sauce for salad
  9. 3 TBSSoya sauce
  10. 1lemon
  11. 1 TBSapple cider vinegar
  12. 1 TBSpepper dew sauce from the bottle
  13. Pickled ginger sauce
  14. Sesame seeds
  15. 1garlic clove
  16. Olive oil
  17. Salt and pepper
  18. 1 TBShoney

Cooking Instructions

    Thinly slice broccoli, tomatoes, pickled ginger, pepper dews and cabbage and set aside.

    To make the sauce: add all liquids (olive oil, pickled ginger sauce, pepper dew sauce, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon juices, crushed garlic and salt and pepper) into bowl and stir well

  3. 3

    Cook your rice and set aside before and let it cook down before (if you have any left over rice this is a great use of leftovers from night before).

    Once everything is set aside and rice has cooled down - Mix it all together and enjoy on its own or with any meat or fish of choice !!
