Cooking Instructions

Preheat your oven to and lightly grease your baking pan.

Place the carrots, eggs, and oil in a blender and blend until carrots are finely chopped.

Pour the carrot mixture into a mixing bowl and stir in the sugar until well mixed

Stir in the flour and baking powder and mix until well combined.
- 5
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and Bake!
