Cooking Instructions

Remove the stems from the string beans and boil them in salted water.
Drain the water and cut them in half. - 2
Peel and slice the garlic.
- 3
Heat the olive oil and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat.
When bubbles appear, change to low heat and cook slowly until it starts to lightly colour. - 4
Add the red chilli without the seeds to the frying pan and when it starts to smell good, add the boiled beans and salt.
When well mixed, it's ready!
