Boil meat till tender. Drain and reserve stock. Put a pot on fire. Heat the vegetable oil. Add your meat and fry for about 3 minutes. Add your blended rodo, tatase and onions and stir fry.

Add your stock and enough water to cook your spaghetti. Season with Maggi, salt and curry. Cover pot and allow to boil. Taste and correct your seasoning. Add your spaghetti to the pot. Stir and allow to cook for about 10 minutes on high flame.

When liquid is almost absorbed, turn down flame and allow to simmer gently till tender and well cooked. Remove from fire.

Boil and slice your Irish potatoes and egg. Slice tomatoes. Put them in a bowl.

Add your satchet mayo sauce and mix thoroughly to combine.

Dish your spaghetti and beef. Serve alongside your potato salad. Enjoy
