I was looking online for recipes that weren't banana bread or muffins and found this one. It's originally a Betty Crocker recipe from what I see, but I've already changed the quantity of banana (original recipe called for 2 bananas - I had 3) , and the vinegar used (original recipe asked for regular white vinegar and I only had white wine vinegar) , and those adaptations worked!! So fast, flavourful and moist!! I used one fork for mashing and stirring, an it comes together in the same pan its baked in!! Bonus bonus and bonus!! And thank you baby for your photography work!!
