Beef "Koftas" with a ranch-style Dip

I needed to make dinner fast, delicious and with things I had in hand. Bare with me with this recipe it's broken into parts from meat to sauce.
Beef "Koftas" with a ranch-style Dip
I needed to make dinner fast, delicious and with things I had in hand. Bare with me with this recipe it's broken into parts from meat to sauce.
Steps
- 1
Mix all the ingredients for the meat mixture together and form into "little logs"
- 2
Lightly oil a grill pan or skillet. Cook your meat until cooked through.
- 3
While your meat is cooking, mix all the ingredients for your dip. Add as much or as little of each ingredient to make it taste just how you like. (I didn't have yogurt to make my own Tzatziki, so I used ranch as my base, and it just WORKED!)
- 4
I served with some steamed rice and green beans (with everything but the bagel sprinkled on) and tomatoes
