Ingredients

  1. Fresh chilli (I use 5 red chillis)
  2. Prawn paste (Belacan/ Terasi), I use about 30 grams
  3. Ginger, I use about 100 grams

Cooking Instructions

    Grill the fresh ginger and peel them off

  2. 2

    Grill or fry shrimp paste until fragrant

  3. 3

    Grind the ginger until soft, then put in chilli, continue grinding until soft

  4. 4

    Put in the grilled shrimp paste and grind until soft and mixed well

  5. 5

    Ready to serve with steaming hot rice, fried fish and blanched vegetables 😁👍
