Ingredients

  1. 4bird eye chilli peppers
  2. 2cayenne peppers
  3. 1 tspfish/shrimp paste
  4. 1small scallion
  5. Halftsp salt
  6. 1 tsppalm sugar
  7. 1 tsplime juice
  8. 1 sliceslightly underripe mango

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the mango into small pieces and put aside

  2. 2

    Blend all the other ingredients or use mortar

  3. 3

    Mix with mango evenly and serve fresh.

  4. 4

    I used dried peppers because fresh peppers are out of season now.
