Ingredients

  1. 1onion (medium)
  2. 3 clovesgarlic
  3. 1/2Red Bell paper (soak in warm water for 5 minutes)
  4. 2habanero
  5. 1/2tomato (sliced)
  6. 1/2 tsppalm sugar
  7. 1/2 tspsalt
  8. 1/2 tspfish oil
  9. Vegetable oil for sautee

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Blend onion, garlic, red bell paper, habanero and then sautee with vegetable oil

  2. 2

    Add fish oil, salt and palm sugar in to the sautee mix

  3. 3

    Add in tomato sliced to the sautee mix until is cook.

  4. 4

    And ready to serve..
