After a few minutes, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder. Sauté for another 5 minutes.

Matar Paneer is a favorite dish for many, but some people don't enjoy it without onions and garlic. However, during certain occasions, we avoid using onions and garlic. Today was my father-in-law's memorial, so we made Matar Paneer without onions and garlic as an offering. I used frozen peas for this recipe, and everyone loved it. Corn Palak Paneer Curry Corn Palak Paneer Curry
Today I made a delicious curry with sweet corn, spinach, and paneer. This is a healthy version of palak paneer. I was in a hurry to cook today, and while making the curry, I accidentally added the corn and tomatoes before the onions (I forgot to add the onions at first), but even then, the taste turned out amazing. My husband and son praised it so much without even being asked that it made my day! My dish was even called better than restaurant-style. Has something like this ever happened to you?
