  1. 1 cupfrozen strawberries
  2. 1/2 cupfrozen blueberries
  3. 1ripe banana
  4. 1 tbsppeanut butter
  5. 1 cuporganic lactose-free milk*

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble all ingredients
