Apricot Bacon Jam on Ground Pork Sandwiches
Cooking Instructions

Cook the bacon, add in the diced onions. Add in the spices and apricot preserves. Stir add in the water simmer and allow to reduce. Add spice to the ground pork. Preheat the oven to 400° Fahrenheit.

Form the pork into patties and cook in the oven. When almost done add the apricot bacon jam to the tops of the pork patties. Put them back into the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Let the pork patties rest 2 minutes add mayonnaise to each side of sliced buns. Add the patties to buns and repeat the process.

Add the tops of buns to the sandwiches and serve. I hope you enjoy!!!
