I had some leftover canned tomatoes so I used them in this.

If the tough core part of the cabbage bothers you, chop it up finely.

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 200 gramsThinly sliced pork
  2. 1/4Cabbage
  3. 1 tbspVegetable oil (for frying)
  4. For the tomato sauce:
  5. 1/4 canWhole canned tomatoes
  6. 1 tbspSugar
  7. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  8. 1 tspChicken soup stock granules
  9. 1 dashSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cut the pork into 3 cm pieces. Chop up the cabbage roughly, rinse, and drain.

    Combine the sauce ingredients (tomatoes, sugar, soy sauce, soup stock, salt, and pepper) in a bowl to make the tomato sauce.

    Put vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and stir fry the pork while separating the pieces.

    When the pork changes color, add the cabbage and stir fry.

  5. 5

    When the cabbage has wilted, add the tomato sauce fromStep 2 and mix in evenly.

    Turn off the heat, transfer to a serving plate and it's done.
