Ingredients

Serves 2 servings
  1. 3 leavescabbage
  2. 7 ozpork loin for shabu-shabu
  3. 2 teaspoonssesame oil
  4. 1/2 teaspoondashi stock powder
  5. 2 teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Tear the cabbage into bite-sized pieces by hand. (Larger pieces are okay)

    Add the cabbage and sesame oil to a frying pan and stir-fry over medium heat until tender.

    Push the cabbage to the side and place the pork in the empty space to cook.

  4. 4

    Once the color changes, add the dashi stock powder and mix quickly, then add the Worcestershire sauce and combine. It's ready to serve☆
