First of all you need to check weather your yeast is active or not. If you are sure of your yeast then you are good to go but if you are not sure of it you have to do this process. Pour the warm water into your mixing bowl add the sugar and a 1 tsp of sugar and mix them. Close it and set aside for 5-10m if it doubled in size then your yeas is active but if it didn't you have to look for another yeast.

Once its like this you are good to go.

Add your egg, flavor,and sugar.

Add your powdered milk,flour and salt then start mixing with you hand(make sure to wash your hand)

When you mix it for about 5 min then add your butter and continue to knead,(if the mixture is too watery you can add a tsp or tbs of flour) for like 30m until the dough is soft.

Cut them with donut cutter and place them on a tray, then close it until it doubled in size then fry it on a low heat.

Your donut is ready to eat, enjoy.🤩🤩
