Cooking Instructions

(High-gluten flour + low-gluten flour + sugar + yeast)
Mix and stir well.B in another small bowl
(Egg+salt+milk)
Mix and stir well.Mix A and B.
Knead the dough for about 3 minutes. - 2

Add 30 g of unsalted butter (room temperature)
Knead and mix.Cover and ferment for about 1 hour (temperature about 35°C

After the first fermentation.
Take out the dough and divide it into 8 portions.
Knead the dough round and let it stand for about 20 minutes.

Make the doughnut shape.
Cover for another 30 minutes.

Use medium heat (control oil temperature between 150°C~160°C)

To make the icing:
Mix (sugar + unsalted butter + milk + vanilla) and stir well.Dip one side of the donut with icing sugar
