Ingredients

4 persons
  1. 1/2 kgbaby onion
  2. 5-6green chilli
  3. 7-8garlic clove
  4. 1small beetroot
  5. 1/2 cupvinegar
  6. 2tea sp sugar
  7. 2tea sp salt

Cooking Instructions

    Peel onion and garlic. Take small green chilli. Make two cut on the top of onion.

    Cut beetroot into fine pieces. Take one cup water add sugar, salt and beetroot. Boil it.

    Keep aside for cooling. Now add everything in it. Soak in vinegar. Mix it proper.

    Cover it and keep for two days. Transfer the pickle in a jar for storage. Now the onion pickle is ready.
