Ingredients

  1. 1 piecechicken thigh
  2. 3 1/3 tablespoonssoy sauce (50 ml)
  3. 3 1/3 tablespoonsvinegar (50 ml)
  4. 2–3 tablespoons sugar (30–40 grams)

Cooking Instructions

    Measure 3 1/3 tablespoons (50 ml) each of soy sauce and vinegar, and add sugar.
